Hey guys I’m unfortunately needing to move out of my apartment due to personal reasons. It’s a great apartment between the shuk and the beach (1 minute walk to both).
It’s equipped with a dryer, brand new washer and a brand new bed frame also comes with central A/C. It’s on the 6th floor with two huge elevators. All utilities and arnona included in the 3000 shekel rent.
I’ve already paid April’s rent so if you decide to move into the apartment before the end of the month, it’ll be completely free.
